Subject: S205 Service Ending on June 30, 2027 – Trade-in Program Available

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using the JEDEX S205 Surface Particle Counter.

This is to inform you that S205 service and repair support will end on June 30, 2027, as key components (including semiconductor detectors) have been fully discontinued and remaining stock is expected to be depleted by that time.

To support your transition, JEDEX is offering a trade-in program for all S205 units:

• Program Period: Until June 30, 2027

• Compensation: 10% (~Y2015 units) / 20% (Y2016 or later)

• Condition: S205 must be functional and returned

We recommend considering replacement with our newer models (S505, S305, SPro305, S350LA, SA3001), which offer improved stability, accuracy, and inspection features.
