Why is the S205 service being discontinued? The S205 model was officially discontinued in 2019, and several critical components used in the system are no longer being manufactured. Remaining inventory has supported service until now, but all key parts are expected to be depleted around June 2027, making further technical support unsustainable. 2. When is the official service end date? All technical support, maintenance, and repair services for the S205 will end on June 30, 2027. 3. Is the 18-month advance notice sufficient for customers? Yes. Typical industry practice is 6–12 months of advance notice for end-of-service announcements. JEDEX has provided a 18-month notice, giving customers ample time for budgeting, approval, equipment replacement, and internal planning. 4. Can JEDEX provide service after June 2027?
